Hello I am still proving my case that this is a faulty product. That there is defects.

I have had an earring similar to this before.

Please ask your quality assurance team to carefully inspect items before shipping out. The picture below clearly shows the indent of the chain. I had a similar earring before and it broke off. Please send a replacement for this earring. I ordered the AURORA WAVE EARRING for order no. [20190917-0000033]

This is intended as a gift. So please provide the necessary steps for a replacement.

Also, if comparing side by side the one with the defect/misshaped piece has a bent section on the bottom. So it does not look even if you try to wear it.
